About Us

I'm Heather- Owner of Rose & Belle Clothing. Just a girl, raising two daughters in a small, Southern Oregon town, along with my husband of 14 years. Our daughters, Liliana Belle and Hazel Rose, are the inspiration behind this little dream brand of mine. 

All of my pieces are dreamed up, designed, cut and sewn right here in our home.

Even after 5 years of doing this, I still can't believe that I get to work from home doing something I'm truly passionate about, while not missing out on any of my girls' childhoods. My customers are the ones that make that possible, and I am forever grateful!
